    Description:

    1KW PWM Solar Wind Controller product features:

    1. LCD display, the image visually shows the working status. Various data display: real-time fan power, voltage, current; solar panel power, voltage, current; battery voltage, charging current. Historical data can be saved for 30 days in the event of a power outage.
    2. Two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase load rejection system.
    3. PWM constant voltage control is 120% of the rated power of wind turbines. If the capacity of the PWM is exceeded, the three-phase dump load will start automatically immediately to ensure safe operation of the entire wind turbine system.
    4. Perform PWM control under strong wind or super strong wind conditions to ensure that the wind turbine charges the battery with constant voltage and current.
    5. When the battery is disconnected or damaged, the three-phase self-unloading load will be automatically started to avoid the wind turbine idling and out of control accidents.
    6. Battery protection function: polarity reverse connection, disconnection and damage protection.
    7. battery overcharge protection: When the battery is full (the battery voltage reaches 125% of the rated voltage), the controller will automatically carry out the three-phase self-unloading load to stop charging the battery.
    8. battery automatic charging: When the battery voltage drops to 108% of the rated voltage, stop the three-phase self-unloading load, and automatically charge the battery.
    9. The controller is equipped with a manual three-phase self-unloading load switch. In order to use this switch, the wind turbine will enforce a three-phase dump load.
    10. The controller is equipped with a scalpel holder. The overvoltage is controlled in the wind turbine at a tolerable voltage of the device or system. On the other hand, strong lightning current should be transmitted directly to the ground to avoid damage to the equipment.
    11. The product is produced according to JB / T6939.1-2004 industrial standard and GB / T19115.1-2003 national standard, and has user technical requirements.
    • The solar panel control system is optional. According to customer requirements.
    • Optional generator port to automatically control the start and stop of the generator.
    •  Adopt Modbus communication protocol. Convenient for secondary development.
    • The technical specifications can be adjusted through RS485 to facilitate professional customers to adjust different fans.
    • For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with mechanical yaw, rotary tail control, tail retraction, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, electromagnetic brake and other braking functions.
